This ingredient-containing liquid flavoring agent contains an ingredient including dehydrated vegetables and at least one selected from vinegar, fruit juice, flavored oil, and flavor or spice extract, wherein the liquid flavoring agent is characterized by containing dehydrated vegetables in a post-swelling total of 5-60% by mass with respect to the entire flavoring agent, said dehydrated vegetables satisfying conditions 1) through 3). 1) Dehydrated vegetables having a post-swelling size of at least 0.5 mm and less than 3 mm constitute 0-30% by mass of the entire flavoring agent 2) dehydrated vegetables having a post-swelling size of at least 3 mm and less than 8 mm constitute 0-60% by mass of the entire flavoring agent and 3) dehydrated vegetables having a post-swelling size of at least 8 mm and less than 20 mm constitute 0-30% by mass of the entire flavoring agent.
