PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent liquid cosmetic having excellent top note and lasting fragrance and excellent appearance and storage stability at a low temperature.SOLUTION: The transparent liquid cosmetic contains (A) 2-(4-diethylamino-2-hydroxybenzoyl)benzoic acid hexyl ester, (B) an ultraviolet absorber absorbing UV-B and (C) 30-60 mass% ethanol.
