PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble antioxidant-covered tea enabling each using quantity to be separately sealed, enabling the tea to be soaked in water together with a bag when being used, and enabling the tea components to be dissolved in the water by allowing the tea to be mixed with the water by allowing the covering parts of tea leaves or tea powder to be dissolved in the water, to provide the tea packaged with a filter body using the covered tea, to provide an aggregate of the tea-packaged bodies, and to provide a method for producing the aggregate.SOLUTION: The water-soluble antioxidant-covered tea is the tea leaves or the tea powder covered with an edible and water-soluble material having no taste and no smell. The tea packaged with the filter body is obtained by packaging the water-soluble antioxidant-covered tea leaves or tea powder with a filter material for sealing the tea leaves or tea powder by using the covered tea. The aggregate of the tea-packaged bodies is obtained by aggregating and packaging the tea-packaged bodies.
