PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antioxidative water capable of suppressing active oxygen with electrolytic water and exhibiting the performance of antioxidation, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The antioxidative water is characterized in that silver ion water produced using a silver electrode is incorporated into electrolytic dissociation water, or, water in the proton doner of dissociated hydroxyl ions (OH-) of pH 8 to 10 of cathode water obtained by filtering raw water and generated by an electrolyzer is mixed with silver ion water generated using a silver electrode by 50 to 100 ppb, and a hydroxy radical(.
