CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for promoting hair growth contains distilled and concentrated liquid of pine needle having 12.0 weight% of 3-carene, 8.0 weight% of limonene and 17.5 weight% of terpinolene as main ingredients. The composition additionally contains amino acids, vitamins, pycnogenol, tannic acid, or quinic acid.
