The present invention relates to a health care system using elastic exercises, the health care system comprising: a health care device for performing a specific operation according to a user's movement； a sensor unit installed on the health care device so as to sense the user's movement or the specific operation of the health care device； a control unit for calculating information regarding the user's body on the basis of information measured by the sensor unit； and a display unit for receiving information calculated by the control unit and visually displaying same. The control unit comprises: a muscular strength calculation module for calculating the muscular strength with regard to each body part according to the user's movement； a balance calculation module for calculating the user's body balance； and a result calculation module for calculating the amount of exercises of the user according to the operation of the health care device. The health care device comprises: a fixed frame fixed on the floor； a sliding rail which is provided on the upper unit of the fixed frame, and which has a predetermined curvature； a load support rack which is coupled to the sliding rail to be able to move along the sliding rail, and which can hold the user's body； an elastic member connected to the load support rack so as to give elasticity to the movement of the load support rack； and a gripping frame fixed to the fixed frame such that the user can grip same.
