PURPOSE: A strength age calculating system and method are provided to calculate strength age which is uses as basic data when prescribing the exercise of a user by using physical strength condition data of the user. CONSTITUTION: A calculation unit(1) calculates strength age of a user. The calculation unit calculates the strength age of the user by using one among back strength, a high jump measured value, clamping force, height, maximum oxygen consumption, and weight of the user. The calculation unit differently applies a type of data for calculating the strength age according to sex. An output unit(2) outputs the calculated strength age of the user. The calculated strength age is outputted through the screen or speaker of a mobile terminal.체력나이 산출장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 체력나이 산출장치는, 사용자의 배근력, 높이뛰기 측정값, 윗몸 일으키기 횟수, 악력, 신장, 좌전굴 측정값, 최대산소섭취량, 반응시간, 몸무게, 눈감고 외발서기 지속시간 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 사용자의 체력나이를 산출하는 산출부； 와 상기 산출된 사용자의 체력나이를 출력하는 출력부를 포함한다.
