PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to perform heat stroke determination in consideration of an increase in a blood flow rate by exercise.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 includes an acquisition part 11, a calculation part 12, a determination part 13, and an output part 14. The acquisition part 11 acquires a first blood flow rate of blood flowing in a blood vessel in a skin measured using a first sensor 60, and exercise strength measured using a second sensor 70. The calculation part 12 finds a second blood flow rate estimated to have increased by exercise of the blood flow rate included in the first blood flow rate according to the magnitude of the exercise strength, and calculates a third blood flow rate by deducting the second blood flow rate from the first blood flow rate. Furthermore, the calculation part calculates a change in the third blood flow rate using the third blood flow rates calculated at different times. The determination part 13 determines whether or not the third blood flow rate tends to increase. The output part outputs information indicating that there is a possibility of heat stroke when the determination part determines that the third blood flow rate tends to increase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
