PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health condition determination method for determining whether the health state of a subject is normal or abnormal with respect to examination data on each examination item, utilizing features unique to the item.SOLUTION: A health condition determination method includes model construction processing and health determination processing. The model construction processing includes processing for dividing a value range in which values of examination data can take for every examination item, into three ranges which are a normal range, a boundary range, and an abnormal range. The normal range and an abnormal range are sectioned at a boundary value which is defined at international organizations or institutes based on medical knowledge, and the boundary range is set into the vicinity of the boundary values. A plurality of determination candidate models are prepared by considering the values of data belonging to the boundary range, as normal or abnormal, and a determination candidate model is selected from the plurality of determination candidate models, using a subject's data of a past medical checkup and made a determination model. In the health determination processing, the determination model is used to determine whether the value of examination data of the subject on a certain examination item of the medical checkup is normal or abnormal.【課題】各検査項目に関する検査データの値に対して被験者の健康状態が正常であるか異常であるかを、その項目固有の特徴を利用する健康状態判定方法を提供する。【解決手段】健康状態判定方法は、モデル構築処理と健康判定処理を含む。モデル構築処理では、検査項目ごとに検査データの値が取り得る値域を正常域、境界域、異常域の３つの領域に分割する処理を含む。正常域、異常域は、医学的知見に基づいて国際的な機関や学会等で定められた境界値で区分けされ、境界域は境界値近傍に設定される。この境界域に属するデータの値を正常とみなすか、異常とみなすかによって、複数の判定候補モデルを作成し、過去の健康診断の被験者のデータを用いて、その複数の判定候補モデルから一つの判定候補モデルを選択し判定モデルとする。健康判定処理では、判定モデルを用いて健康診断のある検査項目に関する被験者の検査データの値が正常であるか異常であるかを判定する。【選択図】図４
