PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional skin external preparation inhibiting drying of the skin by combining an extract of TEIREKISHI(seed of Draba nemorosa L.) with a phosphorylated sugar.
SOLUTION: The functional skin external preparation includes an organic solvent extract of seeds of Draba nemorosa L. belonging to the genus Draba in the family Brassicaceae and at least one phosphorylated sugar selected from glucose-1-phosphate, glucose-6-phosphate, fructose-1,6-diphosphate, and phosphoenolpyruvic acid, and accordingly can inhibit drying of the skin.
