PURPOSE: Coated seeds for afforestation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make seeds easily grow by enhancing the fertility of soil.CONSTITUTION: Coated seeds for afforestation comprise a coating bath(100), a motor(110), and air(130) including dry air(120) and moisture. The coating bath is rotated by the motor. A manufacturing method of the coated seeds is as follows. Fertilizer and polyvinyl alcohol 10% aqueous solution are thrown into the coating bath.
