A fabrication method for an antrodia cinnamomea tea and the antrodia cinnamomea tea fabricated therewith are disclosed. The fabrication method comprises a sterilization step, a bacteria-planting step, a breeding step and a drying step. In the sterilization step, a tea leaf is sterilized. In the bacteria-planting step, the sterilized tea leaf is inoculated with an antrodia cinnamomea strain. In the breeding step, the tea leaf inoculated with the antrodia cinnamomea strain is cultured under a preset culture condition. In the drying step, the tea leaf containing the well-cultured antrodia cinnamomea is dried to remove water content contained therein, thus to make a brewable edible antrodia cinnamomea tea leaf. Accordingly, an antrodia cinnamomea containing tea leaf can be produced by the steps of the disclosed fabrication method, which can be deemed a health food.
