PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of organic compost using duck excrements and rice hulls and a device thereof are provided to mass produce high quality organic compost by mixing and fermenting duck excrements, rice hulls, microorganism strains, and a small amount of anti-corruption materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of organic compost using duck excrements and rice hulls comprises the following steps: spreading rice hulls on a duck-breeding cage with a thickness of 5 cm or more and mixing the rice hulls with duck excrements while breeding for 40 days; fermenting and aging a microorganism cell line with the mixture from the previous step in a ventilated state at 45-60 deg. Celsius for 15 days; and packing the fermented material from the previous step. A mixing weight ratio of the duck excrements to the rice hulls is 15:85. The microorganism strain in the fermentation and aging step is selected from a group consisting of mucorales which is belong to phycomycetes among thermophilic spore fungus, lactobacilus, and fungi, yeast which belongs to ascomycetes and actinomycetes. [Reference numerals] (S20) Mixing device; (S30) Fermenting device; (S40) Packing device발명은 오리사육장에 40여 일간 벼 왕겨를 깔고 오리를 키우면서 암모니아를 아질산염으로 변화시키는 단계;오리를 출하하고 난 이후에 15여 일간 발효제를 첨가하고 오리사육장 실내온도를 조절하여 탄소 암모니아를 재차 아질산염으로 변화시키며 발효시키는 단계로 이루어지는 유기질퇴비의 제조방법으로서,발효 및 숙성 단계에 온호기성 아포균, 유산균류(lactobacilus), 사상균류(fungi)중 phycomycetes 에 속하는 털곰팡이 및 ascomycetes에 속하는 효모(yeast), 그리고 방선균류(actinomycetes) 등을 10일 내지 15일간 오리분뇨와 벼 왕겨를 발효시켜 제조된 유기질퇴비와 제조방법 및 그 제조장치와 프로세스(대표도)를 더 포함한다.
