PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing soy milk, which is compactly configured as a whole so as to save space.SOLUTION: The device for producing the soy milk is provided with following units which are integrally assembled and arranged on a frame 10: a soybean hopper 11 storing soaked soybeans obtained by soaking the soybeans in water a branch water hopper 12 storing branch water to be fed into the soybean hopper 11 a feeder 20 set up below the soybean hopper 11 to feed the soaked soybeans together with the branch water by a prescribed amount a grinder 30 grinding the fed soaked soybeans to produce raw ground macerated soybeans a boiling pot 40 storing the raw ground macerated soybeans produced with the grinder 30 an electromagnetic induction heater 50 which is mounted so that the boiling pot 40 can be placed thereon, and heats the stored raw ground macerated soybeans to produce boiled ground macerated soybeans a pump 60 pumping up and feeding the boiled ground macerated soybeans produced in the boiling pot 40 and a squeezer 70 squeezing the boiled ground macerated soybeans fed with the pump 60 to produce the soy milk.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】装置全体をコンパクトにまとめて省スペース化を図る。【解決手段】水に浸漬した浸漬大豆を貯留する大豆ホッパ11と、この大豆ホッパ11に供給される引き水を貯留する引き水ホッパ12と、大豆ホッパ11の下部に付設され浸漬大豆を引き水とともに定量ずつ供給する供給機20と、供給された浸漬大豆を摩砕して生呉を生成する摩砕機30と、この摩砕機30で生成された生呉を貯留する煮沸釜40と、この煮沸釜40を載置可能に設けられ貯留された生呉を加熱して煮呉を生成する電磁誘導加熱器50と、煮沸釜40で生成された煮呉を汲み上げて給送するポンプ60と、ポンプ60により給送された煮呉を圧搾して豆乳を生成する圧搾機70と、がフレーム10に一体的に組み付けて配設されている。【選択図】図1
