PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous boiling pot capable of obtainable of boiled soybeans of a uniform quality.SOLUTION: Presence of a gas component 101 at a height position of a sensor window 33 is detected by a photosensor 34 through the sensor window 33 disposed above an upper soybean outlet 15. If the presence of the gas component 101 is detected by the photosensor 34, an air exhaust valve 35 is opened, and the gas component 101 (steam for heating and a gas foaming from the soybeans 100) is discharged through an opened air discharge pathway 32. In this way, retention of excessive gas component 101 inside a unit pot 7 is prevented, and heat of the steam for heating can be efficiently transmitted to the soybeans 100. As a result, generation of half-boiled soybeans can be prevented, and the boiled soybeans in a uniform boiled state can be obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】均一な品質の煮呉を得ることが可能な連続煮釜を提供する。【解決手段】上部呉出口15より上方に配されたセンサ窓33を介して、センサ窓33の高さ位置における気体成分101の有無を光センサ34で検知し、該光センサ34により気体成分101の存在が検知されると、エアー排出弁35を開操作し、開放されたエアー排出路32から単位釜7内の気体成分101(加熱用の蒸気、及び呉100から発泡した気体)を脱気するようにした。これによれば、単位釜7内に余分な気体成分101が溜まることを解消して、加熱用の蒸気の熱を呉100に効率的に伝えることができる。従って、生煮えの煮呉が生じることを防いで、均一な煮上がり状態の煮呉を得ることができる。【選択図】図1
