PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a needle-shaped body which can fill a needle-shaped body forming material to a tip of an intaglio plate, and a method for manufacturing a needle-shaped body.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a needle-shaped body which has a protrusion part on one surface of a base plate includes: an intaglio plate having a recessed part corresponding to the protrusion part a needle-shaped body forming liquid filling mechanism for filling the intaglio plate with a liquid, needle-shaped body forming liquid a solidifying mechanism for making the needle-shaped body forming liquid filled on the intaglio plate into a needle-shaped body and a peeling mechanism for peeling the solidified needle-shaped body from the intaglio plate. In the apparatus for manufacturing the needle-shaped body, the needle-shaped body forming liquid filling mechanism includes a needle-shaped body forming liquid supply mechanism and a tilt mechanism for supplying the needle-shaped body forming liquid to the intaglio plate and for enabling the recessed part of the intaglio plate to be filled with the needle-shaped body forming liquid by the movements of the needle-shaped body forming liquid on the intaglio plate downward from above with the intaglio plate tilted.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】凹版の先端まで針状体形成材料が充填可能な針状体の製造装置および針状体の製造方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】基板の一方の面に突起部を備える針状体の製造装置であって、前記突起部に対応した凹部を備える凹版と、前記凹版に液状の針状体形成液を充填する針状体形成液充填機構と、凹版上に充填された針状体形成液を針状体とする固化機構と、前記固化した針状体を凹版から剥離する剥離機構とを備え、かつ、前記針状体形成液充填機構が、該凹版に針状体形成液を供給し、前記凹版が傾斜した状態で針状体形成液が前記凹版の上方から下方に移動することにより、前記凹版の凹部に針状体形成液に充填されることが可能な針状体形成液供給機構および傾斜機構を備えることを特徴とする針状体の製造装置とした。【選択図】図4
