An independent claim is included for a process for preparing the food preparation comprises: mixing the cream, unripened cheese, gelatin and at least a stabilizing compound; pasteurizing the obtained product, homogenizing and hot conditioning in casings; solidifying the obtained product by cooling; removing the casings of the obtained product; cutting out the product into slices; and conditioning the obtained slices.
