The present invention relates to a surgical screw capable of self-locking and a fusion device using same, the screw comprising: a screw body which has a main body screw formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, a body locking screw spaced from the main body screw with an offset therebetween, and a body driving groove formed in the upper part thereof; and a sleeve which has a sleeve screw formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof and screwed into the body locking screw and a sleeve stopping protrusion spaced downwards from the sleeve screw and capable of supporting the body locking screw. The surgical screw also allows the implementation of a fusion device in a different form by being coupled to a plate or a cage.
