The present invention relates to a surgical screw capable of self-locking and a fusion device using the same, wherein the surgical screw comprises: a screw body where a body main screw is formed on an outer circumference surface, a body locking screw is formed by being spaced from the body main screw and an off set therebetween, and a body driving home is formed on an upper portion； and a sleeve where a sleeve screw screwed with the body locking screw is formed on an inner circumferential surface, and which has a sleeve stop protrusion capable of supporting the body locking screw by being spaced to be formed on a lower portion of the sleeve screw. The surgical screw can constitute a fusion device of a different type by being in combination with a plate or a cage.본 발명은 셀프락킹(self-locking)이 가능한 수술용 스크류 및 이를 이용한 융합장치에 관한 것으로, 외주면에 본체메인나사가 형성되고, 상기 본체메인나사와 오프셋을 사이에 두고 이격되어 본체락킹나사가 형성되며, 상부에 본체구동홈이 형성된 스크류본체； 및 내주면에 상기 본체락킹나사와 나합되는 슬리브나사가 형성되고, 상기 슬리브나사의 하부로 이격되어 형성되어 상기 본체락킹나사를 지지할 수 있는 슬리브멈춤턱을 가지는 슬리브를 포함한다. 이러한 수술용 스크류는, 플레이트 또는 케이지와 결합하여 다른 형태의 유합장치를 구성하는 것도 가능하다.
