The present invention relates to a surgical screw capable of self-locking and a fusion device using the same, wherein the surgical screw comprises: a screw body where a body screw is formed on an outer circumference surface, and a body driving home is formed on an upper portion； and a head unit which is rotatably fixed with respect to the screw body, and can move to the shaft line direction of the screw body. The surgical screw is in a locked state by enabling a screw thread of the head unit and the screw body to be discontinuous due to the head unit spaced from the screw body at a predetermined distance, while the head unit is relatively rotated with respect to the screw body. In addition, the surgical screw can constitute a fusion device of a different type by being in combination with a plate or a cage.본 발명은 셀프락킹(self-locking)이 가능한 수술용 스크류 및 이를 이용한 융합장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 수술용 스크류는, 외주면에 본체나사가 형성되고, 상부에 본체구동홈이 형성된 스크류본체； 및 상기 스크류본체에 대해 회전가능하도록 고정되며, 상기 스크류본체의 축선방향으로 이동될 수 있는 헤드부를 포함하며, 상기 스크류본체에 대해서 상기 헤드부가 상대적으로 회전하면 상기 헤드부가 상기 스크류본체로부터 일정간격으로 이격되는 것에 의해 헤드부와 스크류본체의 나사선을 불연속하게 만들어 잠금상태로 된다. 이러한 수술용 스크류는, 플레이트 또는 케이지와 결합하여 다른 형태의 유합장치를 구성하는 것도 가능하다.
