PURPOSE: A composition containing alginic acid oligomer for treating atopic dermatitis is provided to improve atopic dermatitis treatment without toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating atopic dermatitis contains 10-20 weight parts of alginic acid oligomer, 15-25 weight parts of tangerine peel extract, 3-7 weight parts of noni extract and 5-15 weight parts of Orostachys Herba extract as an active ingredient. The composition has emulsion form containing aqueous layer and oil layer. The oil layer contains jojoba oil, German Rampion oil, or shea butter. The composition further contains emulsifier or tackifier.아토피 치료 조성물은 알긴산 올리고머, 귤껍질 추출물, 노니 추출물, 와송 추출물을 유효 성분으로 포함한다. 알긴산 추출 방법은 상기 미역 또는 다시마에 산을 가하고, 염기와 에탄올을 차례로 가한 다음, 혼합물을 여과한 후 여과된 용액을 건조하는 단계를 포함한다. 아토피 치료 조성물은 해조류로부터 알긴산을 추출하고, 알긴산을 단백질 재조합에 의해 알긴산 올리고머로 만든 다음, 알긴산 올리고머에 귤껍질 추출물, 노니 추출물 및 와송 추출물을 혼합하여 제조한다.
