The present invention relates to a composition for prevention or treatment of inflammatory skin diseases or severe pruritus comprising aqueous solubilized ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). According to the present invention, inflammatory skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, acne, psoriasis, hives, inflammatory dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis and contact dermatitis, and severe pruritus can be effectively alleviated or treated. Therefore, the composition containing aqueous solubilized ursodeoxycholic acid disclosed in the present specification can be used as a pharmaceutical, food or cosmetic composition, and can exhibit beneficial effects particularly by being used as a skin external preparation.본 발명은 수가용화(水加溶化)된 우르소데옥시콜산(ursodeoxycholic acid, UDCA)을 함유하는 염증성 피부질환 또는 중증 소양증 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 아토피성 피부질환, 여드름, 건선, 두드러기, 염증성 피부염, 지루성 피부염 및 접촉 피부염 같은 염증성 피부질환 및 중증 소양증을 효과적으로 완화 또는 치료할 수 있다. 따라서 본 명세서에 개시된 수가용화된 우르소데옥시콜산을 포함하는 조성물은 약학, 식품 또는 화장품 조성물로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 특히 피부 외용제로서 사용되어 그 효과를 나타낼 수 있다.
