The present invention relates to a method to prepare a microgel encapsulated with biocompatible polymer and contains atopic dermatitis treatment components and, more specifically, to a method to prepare the microgel encapsulated with biocompatible polymer and contains atopic dermatitis treatment components, capable of encapsulating plant extract with atopic dermatitis prevention and treatment effects using biocompatible polymer, and stabilizing and delivering the encapsulated plant extract. To achieve this, the method of the present invention comprises: a first step of producing mother liquid by adding 5-20 wt% of micrometer-sized biocompatible polymer to the plant extract extracted by mixing 10-80 wt% of Houttuynia cordata, 5-65 wt% of elm, 5-65 wt% of Centella asiatica Urban, and 5-65 wt% of liquorice； a second step of adding and mixing 0.1-3 parts by weight of beta-glucan based on 100 parts by weight of the mother liquid produced in the first step； a third step of adding silicon oil to aqueous solution produced in the second step at a ratio of 0.3-3:10, dispersing the silicon oil by a grinder, and performing a physical cross-linking process by freezing and thawing the aqueous solution in order to increase formation stability thereof； and a fourth step of pouring, into a container, the aqueous solution in a gel state produced in the third step and making the aqueous solution irradiated with gamma-rays of 20-40 kGy to encapsulate the aqueous solution.
