The present invention relates to a high frequency handpiece for skin surgery comprising: a handle having one end connected to a high frequency generator and having a cylindrical shape to be gripped by a hand and the other end having an opened hole； and a needle cartridge fitted into and coupled to one side of the handle and having a needle receiving power to output high frequency waves to skin. The needle cartridge includes: a holder having both ends opened and a path therein； a needle assembly coupled to one side of the holder and forming the needle to be inserted into the skin； a connector having one side coupled to an opening part of the other side of the holder and connected to one side of the needle assembly and having the other side in which an insertion part is formed； and a power plug fitted into and coupled to the insertion part of the connector to be attachable and detachable and coupled to the handle to supply power.
