The present invention relates to a skin operation needle module capable of using a drug and a high frequency. In particular, the skin operation needle module comprises: a housing； an electrode plate installed in the housing, having an electrode terminal electrically connected with a high frequency oscillator, and having multiple penetration holes formed therein； multiple high frequency needles each of which has a rear end fixed on the electrode plate and receives applied high frequency signal； a holder inserted in the housing, and having an insulation cap protruding thereon to be inserted in one of the penetration holes of the electrode plate； a channel installed in the holder, and having an insertion projection protruding on the rear surface thereof； multiple drug feeding needles each of which penetrates through the insulation cap of the holder and has a rear end fixed on the channel； and a hub closely placed on the rear surface of the channel, having a drug path formed on the front surface thereof to supply a drug to the drug feeding needles and to enable the insertion projection to be inserted therein, and having a drug feeding pipe connected with the drug path.
