The present invention relates to the medical equipment and is designed for a number of skin, nervous, cardiovascular, muscular, dentition systems diseases physiotherapy (dermatology, neurology, cardiology, traumatology, surgery, dentistry) with the use of the medicines in combination with local dosed vacuum and punctual darsonvalization. The invention provides a physiotherapy device, which comprises a tubular darsonvalization electrode, with a tip located on its one end and a radio-frequency voltage source-connected holder located on the other end. The electrode tip comprising an additional operating element, designed as two concentric tubular elements, mounted with a gap with respect to each other and hermetically connected to each other on the side of the electrode tip by a division wall, installed in a longitudinal centre-line plane, forming an internal cavity and an outer annular cavity, which are hermetically separated from one another and open on the side opposite to the electrode holder, the inner cavity being hermetically connected with the electrode tip and designed to be connected through a channel for the medicine delivery, hermetically connected with the internal cavity, with a medicine source and the outer annular cavity being designed to be connected through a channel for vacuum delivery, hermetically connected with it, with a vacuum source.
