The handle forms an opening hole in the other end unit of the high-frequency handpiece. The needle cartridge is detachably coupled to one side of the handle and includes a micro needle inserted into skin to transmit high-frequency. The micro needle cartridge includes: a holder which opens both sides and forms a passage inside a needle piece body which is combined with one side of the holder and forms the micro needle and a connector which is combined with an opening unit of the other side of the holder, is connected to one side of the needle piece body, and forms an insertion unit in the other side. The present invention relates to the method for operating the micro needle high-frequency system for acne disease treatment capable of enabling an operator to touch the high-frequency handpiece to the skin to be operated by using the micro needle high-frequency system for acne disease treatment and to apply a high-frequency voltage to the high-frequency generating unit.
