The present invention relates to a functional cosmetic composition comprising a similar ceramide complex and sora peptides derived from three Jeju plant species (camellia, peanut and visa), and the cosmetic composition according to the present invention is derived from a camellia oil, a peanut oil and a non-oil complex.
