The present invention relates to a dextrin-ceramide composite and a fabricating method of the same, more specifically a ceramide drink composition and a cosmetic composition with the dextrin-ceramide composite which contains the followings: 70-85 wt% of dextrin-ceramide composite 3-5 wt% of secondary ingredient selected from vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, liquid fructose, a banana extract, honey, steviten fresh, persimmon vinegar, citric acid, sodium citrate, banana flavor, L-menthol, red L-500 which is a pigment, or polydextrose and 10-20 wt% of water. The drink composition has heat resistance, pH stability, freezing and thawing stability, and microorganism stability, and the dextrin-ceramide composite which is contained in the drink composition has increased hydrophilicity for users to intake large amounts of ceramide through the drink composition.
