The present invention relates to a hydrophilic ceramide complex comprising ceramide, wherein the hydrophilic ceramide complex comprises mixed ceramides comprising ceramide EOP, ceramide NS, ceramide NP, ceramide AS, and ceramide AP. A cosmetic composition comprising the hydrophilic ceramide complex has significantly excellent use feeling and moisturizing ability.
