PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assess, by a visual sense or tactile sense, etc., a prescribed direction in which a heat wave absorption part extends, even in a light control sheet having the transparent heat wave absorption part that transmits visible light.SOLUTION: A light control sheet 100 is attached to a light incident part 200 which receives incident light. The light control sheet 100 comprises: a light control layer 10 having a plurality of light control parts 11 that control light and a light transmission part 16 that transmits light arranged at least between the light control parts 11； and a protective film 40 arranged at a back face side of the light control layer 10. The light control part 11 is arranged along a prescribed direction, in-plane of the light control sheet 100. The light control part 11 exhibits different effects with regard to light applied from a front face side and light applied from the back face side.
