SOLUTION: Three different first to third contact states can be realized with the target object X depending on the strength of the force received from the target object X. The "first contact state" is a state in which only the surface of the tip portion 21 of each protrusion 20 is in contact with the target object X. In the "second contact state", each protrusion 20 is tilted with respect to the substrate 10 according to the force received from the target object X, so that the surface of the base 22 is targeted in addition to the surface of the tip 21 of each protrusion 20. It is in contact with the object x. In the "third contact state", each protrusion 20 is further tilted with respect to the base 10 in response to the increase in the force, so that the base is added to the respective surfaces of the tip 21 and the base 22 of each protrusion 20.
