CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a beverage containing a pine-nut tree extract comprises the following steps: crushing pine-nut leaves； extracting the pine-nut leaf extract from the crushed pine-nut leaves； extracting pine-nuts to obtain a pine-nut extract； mixing 0.5-20% of pine-nut extract and 0.5-20% of pine-nut leaf extract； adding 1.5-2.5% of pine-nut branch extract into the mixture； and adding carbonic acid to the mixed extract.본 발명은 잣의 추출물과 잣잎 또는 잣잎 및 잣가지의 추출물을 모두 포함하는 음료 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것으로서 잣 추출물을 중량비 0.5 내지 20% 그리고 잣잎 추출물을 중량비 0.5 내지 20% 포함하는 잣나무 추출물을 함유한 것을 특징으로 한다.
