The present invention relates to a method for preparing a beverage by mixing an extract using Lentinula edodes powder with various kinds of medicinal herbs, to an extraction thereof, and to a mixture. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a beverage of Lentinula edodes, comprising an extraction and circulation step for extracting various kinds of active ingredients contained in Lentinula edodes and a mixing step for mixing the extract with an extract of medicinal herbs including jujube, stems of Acanthopanax senticosus, cinnamon, fruits of Hovenia dulcis, Pueraria lobata, licorice, Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort., Angelica gigas, Artemisia capillaris, and Rehmannia glutinosa and to the beverage. The method for preparing a beverage using an extract of Lentinula edodes according to the present invention comprises the following steps: selecting raw materials and drying the raw materials using hot air at 2.0 m/sec and 50°C pulverizing the dried raw materials to a size of 1-1.5 cm extracting active ingredients of Lentinula edodes through circulation at a positive temperature of 85°C for 14 hours mixing extracts of various sub-materials and performing impurity filtration, sterilization, filling, sealing, and packaging.
