The present invention relates to a method for preparing a beverage by mixing an extract using Lentinula edodes powder with various kinds of medicinal herbs, to an extraction thereof, and to a mixture. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a beverage of Lentinula edodes, comprising an extraction and circulation step for extracting various kinds of active ingredients contained in Lentinula edodes and a mixing step for mixing the extract with an extract of medicinal herbs including jujube, stems of Acanthopanax senticosus, cinnamon, fruits of Hovenia dulcis, Pueraria lobata, licorice, Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort., Angelica gigas, Artemisia capillaris, and Rehmannia glutinosa and to the beverage.
