PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make procedure practicable without making invasiveness to a patient excessive by precisely and safely inserting a tube even in any condition in the procedure done arranging the tube in a target site in a body.SOLUTION: The guide needle 2 for percutaneously arranging the tube in the target site in the body includes the needle tip part 22 in which the bevel surface 22a is formed at the distal end side of the body 20 formed in a linear shape in a thickness so as to be able to insert it into the tube, the predetermined range of the distal end side of the body 20 is an easy-to-bent part 23 more easily bent to the opposite side of the direction of the bevel surface 22a than the other part, the guide needle has the direction indicating section 24 for making an operator recognize the direction of the bevel surface on the proximal end side of the body 20, a puncturing in direction is bent to the opposite side of the direction of the bevel surface 22a by bending mainly the easy-to-bent part by puncturing into the body, the operator advances the needle tip and make the same arrive in front of the target site while controlling the puncturing direction to a desired direction by turning the body 20 around an axis, thereafter inserts the tube into the body along the body 20, and thereby guides tube tip to the target site.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】管体を体内目的箇所に配置して行う処置についてあらゆる状況でも管体を正確且つ安全に挿入して患者への侵襲を過大にせずに処置を実施可能とする。【解決手段】管体を経皮的に体内目的箇所に配置するためのガイド針2であって、管体に挿入可能な太さで直線状に形成された本体20先端側にベベル面22aを形成した針先部22を備え、本体20先端側の所定範囲が他の部分よりもベベル面22aの向きの逆側に湾曲しやすい易湾曲部23とされ、本体20基端側にベベル面の向きを術者に認識させるための方向指示部24を備えて、体内に刺入することで主に易湾曲部を湾曲させてベベル面22aの向きの逆側に刺入方向を曲げるものとされ、術者が本体20を軸周りに回動させて刺入方向を所望の向きにコントロールしながら針先を進め目的箇所手前に到達させた後、管体を本体20に沿って体内に挿入することで管体先端を目的箇所までガイドするものとした。【選択図】図1
