PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip cover which can be attached later to a completed handrail including a curved handrail and which has superior cushioning property and durability.SOLUTION: A grip cover comprises: a grip cover body 1 disposed with a gap between itself and a circumference of a handrail 10； and a cushioning material 2 disposed between the handrail 10 and the grip cover body 1. Design of the grip cover body 1 make it possible to be attached later.
