PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase vibration-damping properties and to improve negative conditions relating to shock absorptivity, pressure dispersion, weatherability, and other operation environment assessment from many sides by adopting compound covering using two or more soft elastic materials for a grip covering of a scissors type manual gadget.SOLUTION: In a scissors type manual gadget X, the respective grip bodies 12(1) of scissor elements 1 are covered with a cover bodies 2(10) made of a plurality of soft elastic materials. Moreover, on the respective inner surfaces of the free ends of the grip bodies 12(1), buffering members 3(10) made of the plurality of soft elastic materials are each provided and oppose each other so as to be able to abut elastically in cutting operation. Both of the cover bodies 2(10) and the buffering members 3(10) are obtained by laminating two or more kinds of soft elastic materials having different physical properties to compositely form inner and outer layers. Both constitution materials of respective innermost layers are vibration-damping rubber 2131 having a shock absorption ratio of 80% or more, and both constitution materials of respective outermost layers are silicon resin 2232.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】鋏型手動利器のグリップ被覆を複数の軟質弾性材料を用いた複合被覆とすることにより制振性を増補するとともに衝撃吸収性、圧力分散性、耐候性その他の操作環境評価に係る負条件を多角的に改善する。【解決手段】鋏型手動利器Xが、鋏半体要素1の把握体12(1)のそれぞれに複数の軟質弾性材料からなる被覆体2(10)を覆装している。かつまた、把握体12(1)の自由端部の各内面に、複数の軟質弾性材料からなる緩衝部材3(10)をそれぞれ設け、かつ、切断操作時に弾性的に衝合可能に対向形成している。被覆体2(10)及び緩衝部材3(10)は、いずれも2種類又はそれ以上の物性特性の異なる軟質弾性素材を積層して内外層を複合形成したものとされ、それぞれ最内層の構成素材はいずれも衝撃吸収率80%以上の制振ゴム2131 であり、それぞれ最外層の構成素材はいずれもシリコン樹脂2232 である。【選択図】 図1
