PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic nanocarrier composition comprising an immunomodulatory agent and antigens, which are differentially released from synthetic nanocarriers.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a synthetic nanocarrier composition comprising: (a) an immunomodulatory agent coupled to a synthetic nanocarrier； and (b) an antigen coupled to the synthetic nanocarrier. Here, the immunomodulatory agent and the antigen are dissociated and released from the synthetic nanocarrier according to the relational expression: IA(rel)%/A(rel)%≥1.2.
