PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet light irradiation device capable of efficiently irradiating ultraviolet light to an irradiation object.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet light irradiation device 10 comprises: a light source part 20 including at least one ultraviolet line LED; a driving part 30 that supplies a driving current to the ultraviolet line LED; and a control part 60 that controls an operation of the driving part 30. The control part 60 calculates a driving current value of the ultraviolet line LED on the basis of information indicating a spectroscopy intensity characteristic of the ultraviolet line LED and information indicating a spectroscopy action characteristic of an irradiation object as a light irradiation target of the light source.
