The controller 60 calculates a drive current value of the ultraviolet LED based on information indicating spectral intensity characteristics of the ultraviolet LED and information indicating spectral action characteristics of a target of irradiation irradiated by light from the light source unit, and the driver 30 supplies a drive current of a value calculated by the controller 60 to the ultraviolet LED.
