Disclosed is a sterilization apparatus which is installed inside a vessel storing a fluid to sterilize the fluid by ultraviolet rays irradiated from an ultraviolet LED and radicals generated by a photocatalytic reaction with the ultraviolet rays while the fluid is sterilized during circulation by convection. The sterilization apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises an apparatus body (200) installed inside a vessel (V) storing a fluid； multiple ultraviolet LED (300) installed on one side of the apparatus body (200) and electrically connected with an electric power (E) to irradiate ultraviolet rays； and a photocatalytic member (400) installed to be separated from one side of the apparatus body (200) in a predetermined distance by space forming members (410, 420), having a photocatalytic reaction by the ultraviolet rays irradiated from the multiple ultraviolet LED (300), having the fluid flowing into a space part (S) formed between one side of the apparatus body (200) by the space forming members (410, 420) to pass.
