According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cosmetic puff apparatus has an LED module disposed in a case and irradiating ultraviolet rays or infrared rays toward the lower side. A puff is coupled to the lower part of the case to be detachable. When the puff is coupled, the puff can be sterilized by the ultraviolet rays. When the puff is removed, the puff is exposed to the outside to apply a cosmetic material to the skin and the infrared rays are irradiated.
