<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel for growing the larvae and spats of a shellfish, which can easily maintain a good growth environment and grow the larvae and spats of the shellfish in good productivity, when growing the larvae and spats of the shellfish, and to provide a device for growing the larvae and spats of the shellfish. <；P>；SOLUTION: The larvae and spats of the shellfish are grown by disposing growing vessels 1 each having a holding member 3 constituted of a net-like basket whose upper portion is opened, a sheet-like net member 2 attached to cover the inner side of the holding member 3, and fixing members 6a, 6b for detachably fixing the net member 2 to the holding member 3 in a cistern, receiving and growing the many larvae and spats of the shellfish of growth target A on the inside of the net member 2 attached to the inside of the holding member 3 in a wrinkle-having state, detaching the net member 2 from the holding member 3 to collect the growth target A received in the net member 2 when the net member 2 is stained, and growing the collected growth target A in a growing vessel 1 to which a new net member 2 is attached. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
