The generations are formed from them, consisting of four groups of fry weighing 1 g. successively produced for the annual cycle. Successive planting of fry of each generation group is carried out in two groups of pools so that the planting date of the next group of generation is three months spaced from the date of the previous one. The fry of each group of generation is grown during the six months to an average weight of 100 g.
