The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an animal model having intervertebral disk damage. According to the present invention, the animal model manufactured by the method of the present invention has the same clinical symptoms as a patient having the actual disk disease, and is therefore suitable for carrying out a specialized study. In addition, among candidate substances whose pharmacological activity on intervertebral disk damage is unknown, the animal model can be effectively used for screening substances having pharmacological activity on intervertebral disk damage.본 발명은 추간판 손상 동물모델의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 방법으로 제조된 동물모델은 실제 추간판 질환을 갖고 있는 환자와 동일한 임상증상을 갖고 있기 때문에, 이에 특화된 연구를 수행하기에 적합하며, 추간판 손상에 대한 약리활성이 알려지지 않은 후보 물질 중에서 추간판 손상에 대한 약리활성을 갖는 물질을 스크리닝 하는데 효과적으로 이용할 수 있다.
