The present invention in a preferred embodiment provides herbal bakery products such as herbal biscuits, comprising a combination of herbs including, at least a part of Zea mays (maize), a part of Triticum vulgare (wheat), a part of Glycine max (Soyabean) and a part of Cicer arietinum (Daliya), to which parts of one or more additional complimentary herb may be optionally added. The invention also provides for methods of preparation of the herbal biscuits.
