The present invention provides herbal bakery products such as herbal biscuits, comprising a combination of herbs including, at least a part of Hordeum vulgare (Barley), a part of Eleusine coracana (Ragi), a part of Paspalum scrobiculatum (kodri), a part of Zea mays (Maize), a part of Sorghum vulgare (Jowar), a part of Pennisetum glaucum (Bajra), and a part of Glycine max (Soyabean), to which parts of one or more additional complimentary herb may be optionally added. The invention also provides for methods of preparation of the herbal biscuits.
