The present invention discloses a peeling egg shell device for performing egg shell peeling action of a plurality of semi-ripe eggs. The stripping egg shell device of the present invention comprises an organic table skeleton, a feeding zone, a broken shell module, a shelling module and a temporary storage. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a peeling egg shell device capable of smoothly removing the eggshell of a protein or egg yolk which is not fully cooked, mainly by a hard body design of a crushing rod of different sizes and thicknesses. In the previous procedure, the eggshell of the semi-ripe egg is firstly crushed, and the relative operation of the stripping rod with the spiral elastic body design and the first contact rod and the second contact rod is combined to effectively remove the half-cooked egg. The eggshell does have the main advantages of preventing the breakage of the half-boiled egg during the process of peeling off the eggshell and improving the speed and success rate of the eggshell stripping and thereby saving labor costs.本創作揭露一種剝蛋殼裝置，係進行複數個半熟雞蛋之蛋殼剝除動作，本創作之剝蛋殼裝置包括有機台骨架、入料區、碎殼模組、剝殼模組與暫存盒；藉此，本創作之目的在於提供一種可以順利剝除蛋白或蛋黃未全熟之半熟雞蛋蛋殼的剝蛋殼裝置，主要係藉由粗細不同尺寸的攪碎桿之硬體設計，有效於前段程序中先攪碎半熟雞蛋之蛋殼，再結合具有螺旋式之彈性體設計的剝殼桿與第一接觸桿、第二接觸桿的相對運作，以有效剝除半熟雞蛋之已攪碎的蛋殼，確實達到防止半熟雞蛋於剝除蛋殼過程中破裂，以及提升蛋殼剝除之速度與成功率並藉此節省人力成本等主要優勢者。
