PURPOSE: A meat stock slush making machine is provided to apply a device to several meat stock refrigerators by adjusting a length of blades of a shaft according to a capacity of the meat stock refrigerator.CONSTITUTION: A meat stock slush making machine(100) comprises a meat stock refrigerator(10), a lid plate(110), a motor, a speed reducer(130), a shaft, and blades. A storage container of a meat stock refrigerator contains meat stock and the meat stock refrigerator refrigerates or freezes meat stock. The lid plate is detachably installed in the upper part of the meat stock refrigerator. The motor and speed reducer are installed in the central part of the upper surface of the lid plate. The shaft is connected to the motor and speed reducer in the lower part of the lid plate and extended to the bottom of the storage container.
