The present invention relates to an apparatus for making supercooled slush. The apparatus for making supercooled slush capable of making a liquid in a slush state comprises: an outer container including a double wall having an enclosed space whose upper portion is opened and in which a refrigerant is stored inside； an outer container lid combined with the upper portion of the outer container and including a cap vertically moved in an upper portion； an inner container lid attached to the inside of the outer container lid, in which a vacuum pump accommodated in the cap is installed in an upper portion, and in which an inner tube whose one side is connected to the vacuum pump is equipped inside； an inner container accommodated inside the outer container, combined with the inner container lid as an upper portion is opened, and in which a beverage is accommodated inside； and a vacuum portion formed between the outer container and the inner container, and connected to the other side of the inner tube. As the inner container is separated therefrom, a beverage is poured to the outer container to make slush.본 발명에 따른 과냉각 슬러시 제조기는, 액체를 슬러시 상태로 만드는 과냉각 슬러시 제조기에 있어서, 상부가 개방되고 내부에 냉매가 수납된 밀폐공간을 갖는 이중벽이 형성된 외부용기와, 상기 외부용기의 상부와 결합되고 상부에 상하이동이 가능한 캡이 형성된 외부용기 뚜껑과, 상기 외부용기 뚜껑의 내부에 접합되는 것으로, 상부에 상기 캡에 수용되는 진공펌프가 설치되고 내부에 상기 진공펌프와 일측이 연결된 내부 튜브가 구비되는 내부용기 뚜껑과, 상기 외부용기의 내부에 수납되며 상부가 개방되어 상기 내부용기 뚜껑과 결합하고 내부에 음료가 수납되는 내부용기 및 상기 외부용기와 내부용기의 사이에 형성되고 상기 내부 튜브의 타측과 연결된 진공부로 이루어지되, 상기 내부용기를 분리하여 상기 외부용기에 음료를 부어 슬러시를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
